Brakes

Brakes

If your brakes are squealing or grinding, your brake light is on, or you feel like you have to start braking earlier than before, it's time to bring your car in to have your brakes looked at. If nothing seems wrong with your car, it's still a good idea to have your brakes looked at about once every year, or every 12,000 miles, whichever one comes first. The technicians at Auto Concepts will take a look at your brakes, determine if something is wrong, and offer to fix it up for you!

There can be a lot of things wrong with brakes, but the most common is your brake pad wearing thin. Don't worry - it's actually doing what it's designed to do. They wear out by rubbing the brake discs while stopping your car, so every once in a while, you need to have them looked at to make sure you can still rely on your car to keep you as safe as possible.
